How do I report a bug?
Email [email protected] with the name of the app, your phone model, and what happened — a screenshot helps a lot. Bug reports go to the top of our list, and we appreciate every one.
How do I request a feature?
Send your idea to [email protected]. We read every suggestion, and the most-requested ideas genuinely shape what we build next. We can’t promise every feature, but we can promise a human reads it.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email [email protected] with the app name and the words “data deletion request.” We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days and let you know once the deletion is complete. Our apps are built to collect as little data as possible in the first place.
Are your apps free?
Yes. Our apps are free to download and use, and they’re supported by ads. That’s how we keep them free — and we’d rather say so plainly than hide it.
Is Remesas Hoy a money transfer service?
No. Remesas Hoy only shows comparison information — exchange rates and fees — so you can decide where to send. It never moves, holds, or receives money. Any transfer happens directly between you and the service you choose.
